Chinatown 732-269-4409 on rt 9. Theyre the best, everything on menu is excellent and make awesome sushi. Also, customers have FULL view of them cooking in a very clean kitchen. I dont order from chinese rests that I cant see kitchen. Used to pressure clean restaurants and most chinese kitchens are disgusting!!
