  ISO contractor with insurance to mount window shades in a sky light window (at least 20ft up). We have the 2 blinds - 1 is an arc and 1 regular inside window mount. Need done ASAP at reasonable rate. Located off University Parkway. Email krisk71@aol.com if you can help and estimates also appreciated.
