  Brad B. wrote: I paid for a room here for my out of town friends. After arriving after hours, the entry packet was not posted as promised. We searched thoroughly the entire office area. The room was open so I let my friends in and I left. They called me a few minutes later, saying the beds had not been made and there were no bedclothes for use, and they had left for Grants Pass for a decent hotel. In a conversation with the staff the following morning, the woman claimed the packet had been posted and the beds had been made. Someone screwed up and she was lying to cover their ass. She refused to return the 182 dollars and change, (cash), I had paid for the room.
