  I would say it's more about what style you want and if you have a sketch already done. Each artist will have a style that they're best in; if you pick something that doesn't mesh with what they do, the tattoo might not be all you hoped it could be. Khalil is the bomb for traditional work, but all their artists there are incredibly talented and the vibe is just fantastic.
