  Susan - we were married last month on the beach in Santa Barb... Used Kim Columbini (www.SantaBarbaraWeddingsSite.com) she managed everything from officiant, photographer, cake dude, restaurant for reception, permits for the beach, chair rental, decor, etc.... Less the reception luncheon, it cost $1500... Top notch and amazing photos ... Highly recommend and saved us a fortune.
