Presenting the Functional Fitness Studio, providing a professional and motivated service to the people of South Tyneside who are serious about becoming Fit, Improving Muscle Mass, Performance or Losing Weight in order to create a Healthier Functional Lifestyle.
-Indoor Circuit Training... If your tired of just being a face in a overcrowded class, training outdoors in the cold, wet, windy rain. Then the indoor circuit is for you making it a perfect start to the day with nutritional advice, hard work and determination from YOU and motivation from ME you will be sure to reach your goals
-1-2-1 Personal Training Sessions... This will include consultation with you to find out what training will best suit your needs, agree aims and goals and set a realistic time frame, while monitoring weight and measurements while giving diet and nutritional advice. 1-2-1 means totally private session where you get 100% attention and motivation from myself at all times which can be very beneficial for people who lack confidence, have never trained before or don't like the crowded gym environment.
-SMALL GROUP SESSIONS...(small groups up to 4) These sessions work out cheaper as you can book up for a group of friends which would spread the cost between the group, this session allows you to compete against your friends increasing the intensity making it fun whilst getting 100% attention and motivation.
-STRENGTH & CONDITIONING.. this is ideal for anyone in a sport, training for a competition or would like to take your training to a new level, Gut Churning Workouts which will improve all round performance.
-CLASSES- MON, WED, FRI, 630-730PM £5 Per session
-ONE 2 ONE'S £15 single sessions, or£35 for 3 sessions (Ring for details on block bookings)
