  Clare J. wrote: Had a terrible experience, sink basin bruised my head as was not adjusted to suit my height and was left with a wonky haircut so ended up coming home and cutting one side to even it up myself even though I had asked the hairdresser to do this for me. I will avoid in future and would not recommend. Shop was empty when I arrived and there were 2 members of staff there but it was painfully silent and I had to make conversation with the hairdresser. The other member of staff totally ignored me and didn't even say hello! I think she must have been the manager or Senior member as the hairdresser said she had only been working there a week. Left bruised and annoyed that I ended up cutting my own hair!!!! Terrible service.
