Battling a bad case of sciatica... Anybody have PT or acupuncture recommendations? Chiro not helping, piriformis syndrome the likely culprit.

YES! I am dealing with this now. I have a great therapist that is trained in myofascial release and she is helping me so much. She is trained John Barnes technique. I also am going on 3 months but just started working with her a couple of weeks ago and am finally turning a corner. http://www.denergymassage.com/

YES. I was on prednisone too. I refuse to get cortisone. I have lightening also. Its getting better. I had an xray and my pelvis is rotated. I was going to the chiro and it wasn't helping at all. I then had 3 people reach out to me within 24 hours all suggesting myofasical release. 2 were people who also had had sciatica and one was a PT that I know on the West Coast certified in the same style as Denergy. What I quickly learned is that tissue doesn't show up on an MRI or xray and a lot of times that is the problem contributing to a rotated pelvis, piriformis syndrom and also bulging discs. Try it out. Also read bout it on her website. Keep educating yourself.
