I have found myself making minimum wage and not getting anywhere and not feeling happy. I want something more I want to get my real estate licence. Can anyone give me any suggestions.   Call OREA It is not an apprenticeship, https://www.orea.com is their site. You need to have certain things to register to the college but once registered you do the courses online or some are offered at local colleges. I am registered but not yet started my classes as the income you earn in the collingwood area will not be enough to sustain a good quality of life unless you can get into a well established firm and under a well know realtors wing.
