Antique furniture restoration/repair in Manchester? Hey everyone, I have an antique wooden dining table that has acquired a massive and deep scratch, and it’s breaking my heart.
Can anyone recommend somewhere that might be able to restore it to its former beauty (or thereabouts)?
Thanks!

Can anyone recommend an upholstery service in Manchester? It's for a set of dining chairs. I bought a set of six dining chairs and, although the shape is lovely, the padded seats are covered by a turquoise fabric that I'm not quite so keen on ([image](https://i.ebayimg.com/images/g/Zm8AAOSwuo5daoMW/s-l1600.jpg)). I was hoping to get them reupholstered in black leather/faux-leather, a bit like [this kind of thing](https://chairish-prod.freetls.fastly.net/image/product/sized/247e7bba-6ca0-4308-bf43-94555e3ffded/mid-century-danish-modern-side-chair-7874?aspect=fit&width=1600&height=1600).
Does anyone know of somewhere/someone that could do this?
Thanks!

Pretty sure there's an upholsterer at the [antiques village](http://www.theantiquesvillage.com/) in Levenshulme, no idea what they're like though!
