  Any contractors or Renovators out there that help people out on the side, and are reasonably priced? Wanting to renovate my basement, but not spend an arm and a leg. 1: Looking to remove old drop ceiling and replace with drywall 2: Rip up old carpet and replace with laminate 3: Frame and drywall the walls 4: Recessed lighting 5: Scrape old stucco off of one wall. The area is around 500-600 Sq, Ft. I know that is hard to give any kind of estimate without seeing the basement, but if you all could respond or message me with around what you think it would cost, I would greatly appreciate it.. Also like I said, any estimate will not be held against you.. Just looking for a ballpark figure, so I know what I'm getting into. Thanks in advance!
