  Iso recommendations for a reasonably affordable, local tattoo artist working in a clean, professional shop. I'm fully aware that you get what you pay for, however I also know that some places in this area tend to over charge. I'm looking for someone that I can eventually go back to as I'd like a cohesive sleeve done by one artist. It'd be great if this artist is comfortable with doing cover ups as well, as I've got 3 tattoos (one being rather large and predominantly black) that I'd like to get covered up at some point. If you happen to have personal experiences with a specific artist and/or have photos of their work to show, that would be great. TIA!
