  I'm surprised, we used them as couriers and cabs where I used to work - in 5 years, never had an issue ! Surbiton cars are ok. I use them every time I go to France and they've been good. Just late to the airport once to pick me up but it was London Airport and it's a nightmare to get to.

  I used Saxon cars for years and then stopped when we had a very late pick up and the driver kept nearly falling asleep - our friends have the same! I use Surbiton cars now but they've been late a couple of times & won't come into the airport building to meet you which really annoys me!
