So when I bought a house in Longport, NJ the same type of deck needed to be redone. this time the main issue was water was pooling in a corner because the deck was not graded properly. Madera and Sons came out for $1700 and basically painted over the current floor. After the next rain, I still had water in the same spot. Tried to get someone to come out and look at it, no return phone call. Now the paint is peeling around the posts. I have called and emailed, but no one is returning my calls. That is why I do not recommend them.
