  Looking for a location for a small party for about 15 people. It can be a private room in a restaurant, a small banquet hall, etc. I can either bring in food or have the place prepare it if they offer it. If I have to bring in food I will also be looking for ideas for inexpensive catering (ie: trays of mostaccioli, etc...). Panera is a little too casual for what I'm looking for. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
