Its early yet, but I some of the early numbers range from $35-50 per square foot as high as $80-100. Scope of work is to complete partially renovated laundry area, add 3 piece bath. Some drywall and some subflooring already in place. Finish ceiling and electrical. And if you have done one lately, can you recommend a realiable contractor who can do some basis design as well?
