  Soap box time. If you are in sales, the #1 rule is: return your phone calls and emails. I have inquired with 3 different Realtors this week on a couple homes I want to see. NOT 1 has returned my call. Coldwell Banker sent me an email yesterday that someone will be in touch. Hmm. Wonder when? Time is a ticking and there goes your commission. So, if anybody knows a Realtor that will work as a buyers agent please let me know.
