  Magnolia Estate on Benner Rd. is beautiful. My daughter is having her wedding there in October. Magnoliaestate.com Holds up to 200 people. Has a bar and patio area, the reception area is open or closed ( wedding tent style ) bridal party dressing area, outdoor with backup option I case it rains, gazebo over looking a wooded area. Seating and walk way is on paver stones so that you/guests won't have to stand in the grass. Everything is. Done in white to match any color palate.

  I love Top of the Market they have an upstairs area for up to 180 guests and down stairs for I believe up to 300 (price is middle of the road, you must use them for catering), If you are looking for outside I really enjoy Benhams Grove in Centerville or Magnolia Estates in Miamisburg both about the same price and provide ceremony location as well and you can choose your caterer. Presidential is also a nice location, mid range pricing and great catering (they may have more than one event at a time though)
