We used Chris Eaton, owner of Binsr Pros to repair inspection items on a listing in Val Vista Lakes. Seller paid to have a new drip pan installed under the air handler, and what we received was the same drip pan that was scraped of debris and painted. Buyers agent did not accept the repair and the seller's invoice reflected the cost of a NEW drip pan. Over the course of several days, Chris Eaton lead me down the road to no where, by making promises to install a new pan just to turn back around and break the promise. After several attempts by phone and text, Chris Eaton went dark on us and left us holding a bag of lies and broken promises. PLEASE BOYCOTT THIS HANDYMAN and use a licensed company that won't leave you holding the same aforementioned bag of disappointment.
