Kathy Hynes, originally from Canada, graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelors of Arts majoring in theatre with a minor in political science. After finishing her degree in England she returned to Canada and continued her education in decorative painting at Rittan Studio in Toronto. Throughout the years she continued her education in the decorative paint world studying under a wide variety of instructors keeping current on the latest trends and product development
Her work was recognized by designers in the United States and Canada. After establishing a decorative paint company in Hamilton, Ontario she was hired by a design firm to work in Atlanta, Georgia where she made a permanent home and founded Walls of Art.
Her work has covered a broad spectrum from private residential homes to 50,000 square foot commercial spaces. No job is too small or too large. She primarily works for design firms but works hand in hand with individuals looking for home improvement as well. Her clientele includes political figures to star athletes and even several music executives.
Some of her well known clients include Ron Gant (formerly of the Atlanta Braves) and now morning anchor for Fox 5 News Atlanta, John Roman, producer of Law and Order Criminal Intent, Ralph Reed, political strategist and former head of the Christian Coalition, Bob Whitfield, former Atlanta Falcon, Curtis Lofton of the New Orleans Saints, Mac Baker, CFO of Chic-fil-a, "Mo" Ivory from the "Mo" Ivory morning show and Sean "P-Diddy" Combs' restaurant Justin's to name a few.
