Terms and Conditions:
Terms and conditions may be changed or modified at any time.
Late Bookings: If you are going to be/are more then 15 minutes late for your booking, your session will need to be rescheduled. You MUST notify us of this within the first 5 minutes of your session.
If no contact is made to advise you will be not attending, your session will be cancelled and your deposit/gift voucher will be forfeited.
If you advise that you are going to be late for your session, but do not attend your session, your deposit/gift voucher will also be forfeited.
Bookings and Deposits:
When making a booking, you will be required to make a $20 deposit to secure your booking. This deposit is non-refundable.
If for some reason you have to cancel or change your booking, that is not a problem at all. Please advise Perfection Photography Queensland at least 48 hour prior to your booking if changes are needed. If you do not advise Perfection Photography Queensland before 48 hour period prior to your booking, your deposit/gift voucher will automatically be forfeited. If you reschedule your session more than twice - regardless of a 48 hour notice - a rescheduling fee of $20 will apply. Cancellation fees may apply.
We do recognise that sometimes there are events that we all cannot avoid, please advise us as soon as possible. Bookings will be rescheduled for a more suitable date, deposits will not be refunded.
Additional Images & collection of images: Images must be collected within 14 days of your session. Any additional monies must be paid before or on collection of images. If you are unable to make full payment within 14 days of viewing your images, a payment plan may be organised to help assist with the payment of images. If no payment has been made within 14 days towards committed additional extras, additional fees and holding charges may be applied.
Please advise us of any issues regarding payment.
If you have committed to purchasing images, however files have already been... show more printed/completed, and you may only like to have the files/prints included in the original package, a $20 fee for re-writing new disc & $50 fee for new prints will be required.
Refund Policy:
The goal of Perfection Photography Queensland is your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
In the case of camera failure, inclement weather, or any other unforeseen event which prevents Perfection Photography Queensland from shooting on a scheduled date a your session may be rescheduled or a refund of deposit will be given if applicable. Request of refund due to weather, must be requested on the day, if not requested on the day of occurrence this will be classes as 'change of mind' which refunds will not be given.
No refund will be given under any circumstances if you fail to attend your booked session on the day at the time listed, when the booking was made.
Due to the nature of digital photography and the fact that photographs, once sent, cannot be returned; Perfection Photography Queensland has a strict NO REFUND Policy on all digital files. Once a transaction is completed it is considered to be non-refundable.
Refunds will NOT be given due to "not liking the photo", selecting an incorrect photo after the buyer has already received the photograph, or any other reason. If a mistaken photo is sent to the buyer, Perfection Photography Queensland will send the correct photo free of charge.
If we have to cancel/reschedule your session due to any reason, you may request a refund. Upon request of refund, please provide your details for refund to be returned within 48 hours of the cancelled session. After this 48 hour period has lapsed, refunds will be unavailable.
Postage/Handling:
Postage is not included in session fee. Postage of disc is an additional $8.00 on top of your session.
All items are sent in bubble wrap & secure packaging, which prevents damage and breakage of your items. All items sent via postal service are sent registered post, to ensure your item can be tracked.
Perfection Photography Queensland is not liable or responsible for any damages or loss to images/discs/prints via postal services. Additional fees and charges apply for replacement products.
Some bookings may require a deposit, these deposits are non-refundable. Deposits are not transferrable. Multiple deposits made for multiple bookings, cannot be transferred to cover the cost of one booking.
Travel Fees: Some locations may incur a travel fee, distance/cost = $2 per km
