A friend accidentally jumped on it in a bounce castle and he can't move it without severe pain today. I would prefer avoiding the ER. Willing to go to Portsmouth or south towards Boston.   There is a place called Doctors Express on Rt 1 S in the Saugus area, or the PMA Urgent Care in Lawrence, perhaps Haverhill as well.
