  I've used Precision for years. They will keep your car the entire day, so be prepared for that. They detail for the used car dealers in town so they really get them spotless, in and out. They are located on NW Broad across from the Country Club, BEHIND what used to be Nashville Motor Cars (but not affiliated). Their # is 615 848 1117. You will need to make an appointment, they stay busy!
