  http://www.dulcineahotel.ph/ Dulcinea hotel in Lapu Lapu, right across from Gaisano mall. I've stayed there a couple of times. Nice room, nice nice soft comfortable bed. The only drawback perhaps is all the rooms are 2-3 floors up, and there is no elevator, so getting luggage up down is a little bit of a hassle. The rooms toward the Mactan Channel have a pretty nice view of the channel and both bridges.
