Currently looking to switch from my current doctor's practice. Please don't refer me to the "Hamilton Academy of Medicine" website since most of the doctors there are garbage. Thank you :)

  At the moment no one on the family health team is accepting patients but that's a place you can keep checking. www.hamiltonfht.ca Eta: there's also stone church family practice. Have you tried them?

  HI LIndsay, incase you're looking for more info here is the HFHT website http://www.hamiltonfht.ca/i-am-a-patient Also, there is a link called "Find a Doctor in Hamilton" (on the right hand side) if you're still needing to find one. Though it looks like you've got plenty of options above!

  All the ones mentioned so far (with the exception of the new one beside Crown Point Pharmacy) are part of the Hamilton Family Health Team. This means you'll have free access (if and when needed) to a team pharmacist, physician assistant, registered dietitian, mental health counselor, child and youth mental health counselor, as well as a psychiatrist and soon potentially a physiotherapist. So whenever you look for a family doc, ask if they are part of the Hamilton FHT - it's a huge advantage.
