About us
Stilly River Mechanical, Inc. was founded in 2006 by Mike and Shannon Saylor. Frustrated with questionable ethics present in the HVAC industry, Mike decided to open Stilly River Mechanical in order to provide excellent customer service using business practices that reflected our hometown values. Stanwood-Camano is our home, our customers are our neighbors and friends, and we’ll treat you like that.
Mike and Shannon both grew up on Camano Island. High school sweethearts, they returned to Camano after college. Mike has a degree in HVAC from Walla Walla Community College. A former middle school English teacher, Shannon is the Office Administrator. They have three kids, a dog, two cats, and two horses.
Our staff members are no exception to our standards of quality. They are respectful, hard-working, and efficient, but the best quality of these folks is how much fun they have. No matter the situation, they are positive. They’ll tackle any job, and do with it a smile on their faces and skip, hop, and a jump in their steps
