  As an active member of the Julian Arts Guild, I've been trying to find a local LICENSED electrician to help us wire a job at a local public building. I've found two electricians, but one is very expensive and the other doesn't seem to want to do the job because he never followed through. Anyone know anybody? Someone from Ramona or our vicinity would be fine, but they've got to have that license! Thanks.
