Anyone out there in the FloMo area know of a good and reliable appliance repair service? We seem to be having dishwasher troubles... TIA

We have always used Guinco. It's a family-owned company based in Fort Worth, but they have a really awesome repair tech, Jon, who lives in Flower Mound. He saved us money by arguing with a manufacturer (Whirlpool) about why they should cover our oven repair, even though it was past the warranty - and they did! They cover all the major brands, and he's worked on just about all of ours in our previous house. http://guinco.com/
Both my washer and dryer are all of a sudden in need of repair. Does anyone have a repairman who you've used and you would recommend? TIA

Looking for an electrician or handyman to come fix our microwave. It does not power on nor does the light inside turn off. Its just 1 year old so I would hate to replace it. PM me any recommendations you may have. I need someone ASAP.

I need someone that works on appliances in Fort Worth, Tx. I have a GE oven in one of my rentals that isn't warming up...it's basically brand new. Any suggestions?

I used Guinco this week. www.guinco.com. (855)-4-guinco. They were nice to work with...but appliances are a tough call. It is about $100 for the service call. If parts are expensive (like a $200-$300 relay panel) then the cost of repair isn't all that different from the cost of replacing the unit. Guinco got out there and informed me the breaker had been tripped, so they merely needed to flip it back on to get the appliance working again. Was an easy fix...but next time I may take a look myself before calling them.
