  Pulled Pork - Neck End/Shoulder. (Best you'll get from a UK butcher unless they know they're US cuts) Order online. Brisket- Whole Brisket, but better to order online, we eat in the UK rolled brisket, and it's usually shit. Ribs -Whole Spares, remember to remove the silver (membrane on the back of rack).
