  Carol A. wrote: paid $1250 on a Sunday 11th June and cancelled the transport on the Monday 12th June. Was told 3-5 business days, then 7-10 working days for the refund and that it was out of their control. No replies to my emails advising that I haven’t received my refund 4 weeks later. Try to support a local Shepparton business but extremely disappointed in this Company .No more responses from them to say they are following up or offer a refund to my account rather than credit card. I’m left in debt. However I did receive an email saying that until I removed my 1 start Google review my refund will be delayed. Now it’s blackmail and fraud.
