  I have a question my son needs help he's got a very nice reg. border collie that developed a lump on his jaw, he took his dog to cottonwood vet and paid a large bill to have the lump opened and drained with antibiotics, it has returned same location and he talked to vet and they told him he would have to pay another fee, that he doesn't have is there anyone in the area that would take a look at this for him in northern ca.
