  This back pain has been going on for over a week now. I'm tired of walking around in lala land on drugs all the time to be able to move. I do my stretches and a hot shower to get me going. Last night it got to the point I couldn't even sleep. Anyone know a good chiropractor? I have one I have used for years but just don't feel I get my money's worth.

  Not sure about Chiropractors, mine retired years ago. I have seen Betsy Anderson at Makovicka/Sylliaasen Physical Therapy. She does a good job.
