  Hello all. I need to have someone come in and fix or replace our attic fan. We had a guy come out from Home Depot to give us an estimate on insulation as it is kind of thin up there, and he checked the fan and could not get it to run. It is hardwired into a junction box so it's not just a simple swap out. I need someone who can come in, check the fan to see if it's working, correct the yucky looking cardboard that someone tacked up as a surround and if it's working, fix the wiring, and if it's not working, replace it and make sure the wiring is safe. I need a certified person rather than a handyman. The attic is in decent shape with nothing store up there and there is a light. At the moment there is a clear path to the fan and the space is accessible from inside the house with a ladder. We are in the back end of Mill Garden South off Leavells Rd and Courthouse Rd (22407). If you are an electrician or you can recommend a well-qualified individual, please let me know, thank you!
