  Jason Metka at Talis Fortuna talisfortuna.com Him and his partner Crow started out tattooing in Santa Fe at Four Star and they are great, but appointment only. Like others have said good tattoos are not cheap, so you will need to be prepared to pay for a piece of art you get to carry around forever :) If you want a great walk-in Four Star is the place to go
