We already have cell phones, FIOs phone, so NOT wireless. A basic land line (work related, don't ask). After several attempts calling AT&T and being bounced around 6 or more times each time, battling wrong departments, non-English understanding agents, and a loop of wrong, wrong and wrong, I am wondering if AT&T is even the right source to call.   if you are returning it, you can call them and they will send you the info. Returns are free and easy when you follow the instructions included with your FiOS Return Kit provide by Verizon. Apply the prepaid shipping label included in your exchange/disconnect kit. Drop it off at the nearest UPS store. Locate your local UPS Store here.
