  Looking for contract/agreement lawyer recommendations. I've prepared a rental agreement using a free template found online (completely free to use) and I've fully customized it to my needs. I simply need a lawyer to review it to confirm I'm not missing anything and fill any holes I may have left open. I've received a $450+HST quote from a local lawyer, but am not able to pay this at the moment since I haven't launched yet, and especially when the document has already been prepared (and the person told me it was complete, but could use some re-arranging of sections to make it more user friendly). Can anyone recommend someone who can do a review for much cheaper than $450? I'm not questioning the value of a lawyer's time or skills, nor am I questioning the value of getting my document done right to protect myself and my clients. I simply can't afford much and still need to hire someone who will do a good job at it, based on my needs and what I'm already providing. Thanks a bunch for your help, ladies!
