  You CAN trap oit if its sick dangerous or nuisance but then you have to defend that action to the town. You can call Ministry of natural resources at 1 (905) 713-7400. They will prly only refer you to a trapper who will charge you. Best bet is to call 311 and explain that you fear it is diseased and therefore a dangerous threat (rabid)
