  Prince Roofing, 703-631-1995. Larry Prince is a quality person and does quality work. He lives in our neighborhood and in the past after big storms he rode around offering free advice about repair work, regardless of who gets the job. It isn't just free advice about what to do though, it's peace of mind. We had a problem with our roof leaking (non storm damage) in the middle of the winter. He came and assessed it. He suggested we do a short term solution to get us to the summer then replace the roof. He had us pay for the short term solution, but subtracted that cost from the roof replacement that summer. So, basically the emergency fix was free. He also was worried that our girls were small and may step on a nail. So after his workers did a magnetic sweep of the yard, he came back and personally swept it again to be extra thorough. He can't guarantee all nails are picked up, but we never ran into any. I also called out of the blue one day and asked for a personal favor (to borrow the magnet to search for my daughter's ring) and he showed up within the hour. I would recommend him personally and professionally.
