  If you have this printer connected to a Windows PC, then download and run the HP Print and Scan Doctor from www.hp.com/go/tools If issue still persists, you might have to call HP Tech Support to get the printer replaced ( if your printer is still in warranty ) Call HP Tech Support for further assistance. The toll free # is 1-800-474-6836 .
