  I lived in the KC are (Overland Park) and my son had UMA - we saw Dr. Robert Cullen from birth until we moved to Alaska. Here is a link to one of the clinics that he works at.   Andrea - I lived in KC (Overland Park) for over 8 years and have a son with bma and we absolutely loved Dr. Robert Cullen - here is one of his links http://www.otologiccenter.com/B2_Bio-rdc.htm he also has an office wit Children's Mercy ENT clinic I believe. He saw Linden my 8 year old from birth until we moved up to Alaska. Hope that helps you out.
