  We went with a cheap guy named Richard who's company "Carolina Fence" has changed its name because the quality is horrible. Our neighbor across the street is using a guy named Rick Raymes at (910)308-0294 or (910)424-9010 and his work look very good. We are probably going to hire him to fix the poor job we had done last summer. Sometimes you get what you pay for in quality.
