  Hi. Thanks for the recommendations on this post :-) I teach Body Control Pilates classes in Alresford, Hursley, Bishops Waltham and Chandler's Ford (and other locations). Let me know if you want more information. Happily second the recommendations for Jan Davies, Winchester Pilates and Liz Wakelin on this thread too - all very well trained BC Pilates teachers.
