  Rachel asks Are there any hot/bikram yoga classes in or around Winchester? I've tried googling and the closest I can find is Soton. I'm not interested in other yogas I'm afraid.

  HI there, classes are Thursdays 6-7.30 pm and Fridays 10-11.30 am £10 per session pay as you go or £90 for 10 classes. Places do need to be booked www.academy-studios.com for full timetable and information. Just let me know if and when you'd like to come along and I can book you in :)

  Hot yoga at the Academy studios in Romsey on a Friday morning. Possibly an evening one too. 1 and a half hours, lovely teacher...sadly am unable to go at present as I'm at college but I'd happily recommend it.
