Now stop laughing--I am NOT going to get Bill neutered--but we found a littlevery hungry puppy on a back road--and he was there when we went back --could not find any others, but I am trying to think ahead --first we need to try to get him into a vet and checked out--he is very thin but not emaciated--had a few small ticks on him but otherwise looks in pretty good shape. So we will get him checked and maybe the vet will know about how old he is.
