Eastern Ave. #106A, Las Vegas 89123 Phone: 702-912-4826 Status: Open Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays from noon to 7 p.m. and Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 8 p.m. Find Chamorro dishes from Guam at the new Red Rice. Dishes here are made from scratch using recipes handed down from one generation to the next. Red rice is naturally the centerpiece to the dishes, but look for chicken and beef kelaguen, lumpia, shrimp patties, grilled eggplant with coconut milk and Spam musubi as well as barbecue chicken, pork ribs and beef with dipping sauces.

  You will love Red Rice. Went there in April and saw lots of Chamorro n there are a few tables. Good great. Stay out of the heat, drink lots of water. Enjoy...
