  Ive been taking from yoga at Connies......its in Niantic though......she is very experienced and adjusts her beginners class so that my 7 month prego self can do it..........couldnt find anywhere else nearby that offers it and she is very experienced and knowledgeable in the art http://www.yogaatconnies.com/instructors/
