I am reaching out to you all.. my mom was diagnosed late in her progression of Sjogren's Syndrome and the only reason she found out was that she went to the dentist after 1 year of not going and had 17 cavities.. yes, 17! She takes great care of her teeth and so she went to the doctor who diagnosed her. I feel so bad for her.. she has insurance, but not very good coverage of course and all of these dentists just want to keep filling her cavities and running up the bill when she will probably loose her teeth eventually anyway.. my question.. does anyone know of a good dentist in Colorado that knows about this syndrome and will help her figure out the best path to go for her teeth?
