  Cheryl H. wrote: She was supposed to groom my Yorkie and do my other 2 dogs nails and ears. When they all came back into my house (she's mobile) they were all running crazy and I didn't get a chance to look at my Yorkie. When I did, I realized she looked exactly like she did when she went with her. I took a picture of some hair I cut off that was over 2 1/2 inches long and there was still at least another inch on her. I asked for a partial refund (even though I should have gotten an entire refund because I knew I would have to pay to have her hair cut again). She refused and said she would give me a refund. Why would I want a refund when I didn't plan on using her again. VERY poor customer service.
