  M, my parents live next to Kings Park Motel. Ive never stayed there but see it all the time. It looks fine, its on Thomas st, right across from kings park. Bus to the city n freo at the front. Its close to PMH n Charles gardiner hospital. You could walk from either (if you wish good 10 min walk) http://kingsparkmotelperth.com.au
