I'm a self-identifying creative weirdo living on the Lower East Side in New York City. I grew up in North Carolina, did one year at Emerson College before I felt I was too bookish to fit in there. So, I moved to George Washington University, where I was too weird and creative! I spent years working in coffee shops, performing and teaching improv, and wandering about the globe before I became a coach. I graduated from Accomplishment Coaching in 2013, and have since become a deliverer of the coach training program myself. I hold the credential of PCC through the International Coach Federation and I'm an Accomplishment Coaching Certified Coach.
I've coached almost 150 different human beings over the course of four years in business. I most enjoy coaching as a way to harness the creative process within us -- when we can get cozy and comfortable with our light and dark sides to produce something amazing, there is nothing in life we can't do. My book is coming out in the next month and you can find my web series on YouTube, Womance.
